Job Description
- Driving primary and secondary sales through Modern trade outlets. Both Hyper and ORS.
- Promoter management- ensuring best promoters are hired and unviable promoters are removed. Training and engagement of the promoters.
- Ensuring Dominant market share across chains and stores. To initiate appropriate action where ever required.
- Identification of opportunities in given market, for growth and increasing market share.
- Identification of local level opportunities / initiatives to increase business.
- Excellent relations with local/ regional operations team/ buyer. To work out local promotional opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate from FMCG or Durable Industry can apply only.
- Candidate should have excellent exposure in Modern Trade.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
CTC: 18,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.
