- Responsible for development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned region as well as the achievement of targets.

- Distribute targets among divisions.

- Organize and direct assigned sales teams.

- Support and oversee recruiting, selecting and appointing process in divisions.

- Implement plans and strategies to expand the customer base and achieve particular targets.

- Provide continuous feedback and performance evaluation to ensure the quality of the sales team.

- Ensure information flow and transparency among assigned regions.
