A Leading Travel and Leisure Company in Mumbai requires a Regional Manager

Job Title : Regional Manager - Mumbai

Job Objective :

1. Manage & maintain branch profit rates.

2. Handle operational issues of the branch.

Job Responsibilities :

- Increase the branch revenue & achieve the sales target as per company policy.

- Maintain the branch profitability with set gross margin.

- Increase Vendor base/Vehicle Numbers.

- Ensure one meeting with all clients in city on monthly basis & Minutes of Meeting to be prepared & documented.

- Ensure the monthly manpower cost of all sites as per company guidelines.

- Ensure monthly site wise meetings of all vendors & build relationship with Vendors.

- Guide the team for optimization of resources and enhancement of the customer's experience

- Training & Motivation of employees, Partner executives and chauffeurs / drivers.

- Ensure the adherence to company policy with respect to vendors, clients & employees.

- Compliance with statutory obligations, law of the land & Business Processes.

- Ensure vendor retention & manage to maintain vehicle attrition.

- Randomly audit the Operations at each site to ensure process adherence & business continuity through preparedness for any eventuality.

- Maintain various operational reports & provide to the Management on time.

- Review outstanding for all clients of Mumbai branch on monthly basis

- Ensure billing is made as per set guidelines & keep proper track of collections.

- Ensure to collect all bills within the stipulated period.

Mandatory :

- Companies who are offering Technology based solutions for Employee Transportation only

- Should have experience in providing transport facilities (Car rentals) to corporate

Relevant Experience - 10 years in Operations with any Cab Services/Fleet Operators/Transport or Automotive / Logistics industry.

- Hands on knowledge of Transport Industry, rules, regulations and topography of his city
