Regional Manager - Direct Sales - Real Estate - West & South (4-16 yrs)
- To contribute in enhancing Revenues for the organisation through Direct Sales for West & South Region
- Responsible for Sales targets month on month from their region
- Responsible to enhance channel network - IPC & Broker
- Ensuring enhancing occupancy % of each location of their region
- Meeting customer's in person and closing the deals
- Following with customer's for the Lead Generated through tele callers
- Generating Leads directly on field
- Keeping tap on market requirements
Skills required:
- BBA or equivalent- Preferably in Business Management
- Experience- Min. 4-5 years
- Knowledge of MS-Office and computer skills.
- English and Hindi
- Ability to follow schedules, multitask, and work within timelines.
- Industry type: Big ticket products or Real Estate
