Job Description :

BM / RM - International Sales for CIS & Russia

Medical Devices handling : Interventional Cardiology / cathlab products (PTCA & PTA Balloons, Peripheral & Cardiac Stents, Inflation devices, Catheters), Surgical (Cardiac & other Sutures & skin staplers).

Job Description : 

- Responsible for sales, business development, profitability, product marketing, promotions & relevant activities in the Russian & CIS region.

- Screening & appointing distributors, effective negotiation of contracts, pricings & deal finalization.

- Providing consultative services to cardiologists & addressing queries.

Distribution Management : Key account / KOL management, relation building, participation in tenders, making strategies for incremental sales, payment collections, managing inventory. Identifying & developing channel partners to initiate new product registration, commercial orders as well as achieving business volumes consistently and profitably. Ensuring cost effective logistics operations across the distribution channel. Evaluating performance & monitoring of dealer sales and marketing activities.

Business Development/ Key Account Management : Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving performance parameters delivery & quality norms.

Assisting in arranging clinical trials & registries, investigator & site identification, site, finalisatio, supporting regulatory team for registration of products.

Participating in domestic & international conferences

Working Days : 6 Days a Week ( to )
