6. Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

7. Interested in traveling and exploring new customer relationships.

8. Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimise the current ones.

9. Implementing the company's sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions.

10. Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals.

11. Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads.

12 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

13. Proficient with numbers to analyse sales data and produce reports

14. Good understanding of sales software and the industry's best practises

15. Ability to travel across sales territories or regions frequently

16. Possess leadership and public speaking skills in order to motivate the workforce
