Regional Manager - Business Development - Edtech Startup (2-4 yrs)

For software developers, learning programming languages needs to be practical. This is where the startup has helped more than 15000 students to turn theory into practical knowledge.

Currently, offering 9 courses the startup has played a catalyst for thousands of students to land jobs at tech giants like Google, Amazon, Adobe, and Walmart. The startup enables students to follow a comprehensive curriculum and seek help from industry experts without facing any geological barrier.

The founder of the startup is an alumnus of acclaimed institutes like IIT Delhi and Stanford University. He is a serial entrepreneur, passionate coder, and an exemployee of large tech MNCs

As the Regional Business Development Manager, you will be setting up offline Marketing Channels in their respective regions to enhance Company's outreach

What you will do:

- Being responsible for tying up with various institutions.

- Following up with new business opportunities and setting up the meetings with HoD/Deans/Directors


- Identifying and closing new educational institutes as clients and strategic partners


- Penetrating all targeted accounts and radiating sales from within client base


- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing institutions

- Overcoming objections of prospective customers

- Managing company relationships to achieve quarterly revenue and monetization targets

- Creating revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the executive team.

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas

- Candidates with contacts in educational institutes would be preferred

- Prior educational Sales Experience preferred.

- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with executives

- Highly motivated and results oriented

- Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, time management skills

- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision

- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Engineering background is a plus

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 5,00,000 to 6,00,000
