Regional Manager - Business Development - B2B & B2C Vertical (5-10 yrs)
1. To onboard tour and travel agents, corporates ; overseas education / employment and immigration consultants and provide them with referral or white labeled solution for forex cards, cash, outbound remittance and related products such as travel insurance, SIM cards, international tours etc.
2. Responsible for B2B2C and B2B business and revenues targets
3. To build strategies and processes for product delivery and high customer satisfaction
4. Manage sales team's productivity / reporting / training etc.
5. To build high energy team
6. Design MIS for regular business review
7. To be able to control receivables from clients where applicable
8. To be able to onboard quality B2B2C agents / corporates
