Job Description :
- Responsible for the entire P&L of the Retail Vertical, Managing close to 30 Retail Outlets in Bangalore
- Needs to set-up entire Inventory System
- Drive Sales across all the Stores
- Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports.
- Ensuring VM of all the stores
- Ensuring Brand Visibility in all the Outlets
- Executing measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.
- Designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Review and prepare daily, weekly & monthly Service Level status reports
- Generating MIS reports for the top management
