Regional Head - Sales - Oncology Segment (10-15 yrs)
Opportunity with an esteemed client company of Sanskruti Solutions (Diagnostics Setup Company into Cancer Genomics Testing)
Position: Regional Head - South (Oncology Segment Experienced Only)
HQ Location: Bengaluru and covering entire business territories of South India. (Initial market focus would in HQ City, Karnataka State & any 2 more States of South India as being covered by the candidate in his / her career journey)
Team Role: Yes, the ideal candidate will be responsible for both - handling individual accounts and leading a team of 3 - 4 Area Sales Managers.
Position Reports To: COO & CEO
Work Experience Criteria:
- We are looking for someone who wants to change the lives of cancer patients.
- We are looking for a Sales Leader to take on a new role, building revenue and managing the Sales Team for the South India markets.
- Min. 10+ years of Sales experience in Pharma from Oncology Segment only. (The ideal candidate need to have good contacts / relationships with Medical Oncologists in his / her assigned business territories)
Role Responsibilities:
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories. Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plan.
- Hires, trains and retains employees. Provides developmental guidance to direct reports and ensures adequate coaching.
- Explain and facilitate adoption of the company's tests by Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis.
