Regional Head - Sales - Microfinance Firm (12-20 yrs)
We are hiring Regional Head - Asset to take care primarily of our Group Loan business (Micro Finance) for South Kolkata. Part from this it will include small size Individual Loan / Agri Loans/ Gold Loan etc
Desired candidate profile:
1) The candidate would need to manage approx. 13-14 branches spread across South Kolkata and suburbs and having to manage diverse product of group loans/Agri loans/ Gold Loan
2) The candidate would be reporting to Zonal Business Head (ZBH) for RFS (Retail Financial Services) business
3) All Branch heads of the branches would be directly reporting to the candidate. Direct span of control- 13
4) Candidate need to manage business (upscale business) and collections (manage entire portfolio)
5) Maximum age bracket for the role- 45 years
6) Should have at least 12 -13 years- experience with at least 10 years in Financial Industry (NBFCs)
7) Preference would be given to candidates having handled Micro Finance business
8) Compensation range in current job - 16-25 lacs
9) Not looking candidates from banking background only
10) local languages- Bengali, Hindi & English
