Regional Head - Sales - EduTech Firm - South (7-14 yrs)
Hiring Regional Head - South ( Base location Chennai) for Leading Online EduTech company
- Candidate must be from B2C background & current team size at-least 150+ + with geographical market knowledge must.
- Candidate must be from Tire - 1-2 college pass out & Edutech background prefered
Required Candidate profile :
- Handling the P&L of across regions
- Plan to ensure that the weekly & monthly targets are met for each and every individual of the team.
- Successful model should be scaled to the entire Zone at the earliest.
- Develop & optimize sales processes
Skill Set :
1. Only B2C direct sales
2. No channel, distributor, retail or enterprise sales
3. Team Handling of min 150+
4. Min 7 years exp
5. Qualification : Tier - 1-2 college pass out
6. Education industry preferred
7. Territory Exp( earlier worked in the same location)
8. Handling P&L directly involve in this
