Brief: Head of Operations - West Region
Job role:
Primary:
- Driving Sales for entire west region - 20 EBO's + 4 SIS
- Driving operations for entire west region
- Branding and strong focus on Customer Service
- Financial planning, meeting budgets and ensuring profitability for the region.
- Hiring, training, coaching staff - All levels till Area Manager.
Secondary:
- Buying, merchandising - allocation and distribution within the region.
- Handling local area marketing for the region.
Must have:
Candidates should have strong exposure to:
- Retail operations
- Driving Sales
- Customer service and marketing
- Work Ex range: 8 - 15 years
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Industry preference: Retail/ Apparel/ Luxury retail
