Regional Head - P&L - Microfinance (8-18 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall P&L performance of the region
- Oversight for business target achievement, operations, customer relationship, portfolio quality, audit & compliance, HR process adherence, hiring, engagement and talent management within the region
- Regional budgeting, business monitoring and review, portfolio quality review, participating in regional industry body meets
- Customer interactions and escalation handling
- Implementation of business and IT processes
- Building Relationships with critical stakeholders such as law enforcement etc.
- Implementation of audit and compliance processes and recommendations
- Performance management process participation and management
- Participation and program management of employee engagement programs / processes
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Should have experience in team handling
- Should possess leadership and good inter-personal skills
- 8 to 15 years of experience in Microfinance Industry
- MS Office, MS Outlook, and Knowledge about JFS internal IT processes
- Good analytical Skills
