Regional Head/Manager - Field Sales - Recruitment/Staffing (5-10 yrs)
Need a sales manager looking after field sales for Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai.
Team Handling role with more than 1 Level of reportees
Preferably with internet sales background or Recruitment/Staffing background.
Exp min 5 years, Salary 10-15 LPA.
- The candidate has to drive a large retail team of field sales Executives, This will involve close Monitoring, reviews, and data crunching.
- Will involve a bit of travelling to other cities.
- This role also involves hiring of sales executives and managers through personal contacts and references if suitable profiles are not available with the internal HR team.
- Very rewarding role both in terms of incentives and personal/professional growth.
- Reporting to the National Sales Head.
