Regional Head - Liability Sales - BFSI (15-20 yrs)
Span of Control - 8-10 Cluster Head
Reporting to Head - Retail Liability
Description :
- Set up and managing Retail Liability Business by in compliance with Policy & Processes, Enabling Sales channel to build a large retail liability book
- Responsible for Fixed Deposit Targets, Sales & Services, Hiring and developing a team of Cluster Managers, IFA & Corporate Distributors . Enabling cross sales Target through branch network
- Lead, develop, motivate the teams and track their performances towards achievement based on the defined TAT
- Write down & continuously update process and policies which in compliance with regulatory guide line and been responsible for it been complied at all level.
- Create Operational plans and formulate strategies
- Devise budgets and maintain cost of within the budget
- Plan and implement relevant marketing strategies.
- Work on the products offered and actively modification / development
- Drive productivity and key performance ratios.
- Ensure that all team members are well trained and fully aware of products and services, policies and procedures
- Ensure Compliance with RBI & NHB Guidelines / Internal audit policy
- Extensively Collaborative with internal Departments & DHFL Operation team.
- Build and manage a high performing and purpose aligned team and drive a culture of innovation and high quality execution
