Regional Head - Forex & Rates Business - North (7-12 yrs)
- Responsible for North region FX & Rates business and managing all P&L for that region
- Drive revenue and profitability through client acquisition and cross-selling to existing clients
- Advising on Fx risk management e.g. bank liasioning, trade finance, hedging & trading advisory services using exchange/bank platforms
- Analysing markets and devising trading strategies
- Managing Large Client relationships
- Managing Team at a Zonal Level
- Market/Location knowledge
- Has the ability to train, mentor and motivate a growing team
Desired Candidate Profile -
PG Degree/CA/MBA (Finance & Marketing)
- 6-8 years of work experience in a Forex Sales & Treasury Management function
- Leadership qualities to manage business relationship at all levels
