Regional Head - Enterprise Business Development - eLearning - Higher Education Space (8-13 yrs)

These roles are to meet the expansion plan for a fast growing reputed organisation in online higher education space providing high end industry relevant programs designed and delivered in collaboration with world class faculty and industry. It ha now become a brand synonymous with higher education in India and the organisation is supported by well established business leaders and top professionals.

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi ( 3 Roles )

Requirement : ( THOSE WORKING/WORKED WITH STARTUPS FOR 2-5 YRS WOULD BE PREFERRED)

- Management graduates from Premium University/Colleges (IIT/IIM/ISB or equivalent)

- 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, consultative sales, account management

- Ability to manage CXOs, CHROS level conversations and relationships preferably with atleast 2-4 years of experience in online business in EdTech/Education/Learning/Training. Experience with any of the EdTech start up as Leadership/Founding member would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing and growing relationships across B2B business for respective Regions

- Geography ownership of sales and relationships with organisations across IT/ITeS/Banking/Manufacturing/Retail etc.

- Plan and execute sales targets & relationships with organisations across region

- Consultative sales, for online programs, platforms and enterprise training

- Working directly with the Business Head for enterprise business
