Regional Head - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (9-14 yrs)
What you will do :
- Client focused, proactive and innovative business development professionals who bring a strong sales track record of exceeding targets in generating new business in targeted area(Delhi/Bengaluru)
- Guide the sales team to help customer understand various solutions for their overall hiring needs and suggest best options.
- Be partner and guide for customers communicate for demonstrating USP of Jobizo's products and services and help in closing deals along with sales team for large customers
- Motivating sales team to achieve sales targets and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales targets
- Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory
- Recruit, hire and train sales associates and area managers
- Build a strong relationship with customers for any future guidance and requirements
- Understanding customers' needs and translating them into product requirements
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and outcomes are achieved
- Identifying partners and other players in the hiring eco-system who could help solve customers' hiring requirements when outside company scope of services
- Build a strong relationship with customers to get regular updates and requirements
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and outcomes are achieved
- Build deep customer relationships and ensure best-in-class retention while creating upsell opportunities
- Represent Jobizo at various industry events & webinars
- Initiate and partake as needed in new initiatives for recruitment as necessary.
- Adhere to and drive the contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs and business-critical milestones.
Required expertise :
- 9-14 years sales experience in selling talent solutions or recruitment consulting/staffing offerings
- Experience in selling recruitment solutions to clients
- Thorough understanding of recruitment process of staffing industry
- Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends, performance metrics etc. 9+ years proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment, with demonstrated success selling SOS (Preferred by not mandatory)
- Prior experience with healthcare industry and recruitment a big value
- Related industry knowledge is an advantage along with a technology savvy background.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language skills may be an advantage), capable of presenting complex yet effective ideas.
