Regional Enterprise Manager - Software Sales - Healthcare Sector (5-8 yrs)

The Job

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas for onboarding new accounts/ brands by developing a sales strategy in the Middle East and Africa with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan

- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs

- Contact potential prospects from personally generated research to build a robust sales pipeline

- Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand generation through contract execution

- Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals

- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development

- Create channel partners and go-to-market strategy

- Leading the P&L for the Middle East & Africa market

- Creating a Strategic partnership with EMR/HIS/RIS/PACS/LIS Vendors

- Prospecting for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio and qualifying new leads to maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales

- Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating solutions capabilities

- Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and developing of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs

- Providing leadership in market analysis, development/execution of strategies, and action plans to drive product sales

- Organizing, managing, and maintaining suspects, prospects, leads, and opportunities

- Organizing Sales visits and meetings with the CIO, IT Manager, Medical Records, Head of Radiology, Medical Director & CFO in a Hospital/ Healthcare Organization

- Demonstrating/presenting products to the clients and showing them the benefits of the Voice Recognition solution

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales (Healthtech background preferred)

- Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

- Experience in closing the deals

- Excellent in doing negotiation with the end client

- Prior experience in lead generation and outbound prospecting

- Passion, drive, and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients

- Exceptional in-person, verbal, and written communication skills are a must (comfortable presenting alone in front of large groups)

- Able to work in an entrepreneurial work environment with self-motivation

- MBA or equivalent preferred

- Travel to customer locations when required
