Regional Campaign Specialist (3-7 yrs)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (90%) :

- Consult with Omni-channel Marketing Managers during program design to ensure proper setup of entire campaign. Compile all campaign requirements for submission to marketing execution teams. This includes gathering content, images, business rules, and tracking IDs.

- Submit and manage campaign execution requests with the marketing automation teams to ensure all emails, landing pages, list pulls, reports and other program requests are delivered on time and with attention to detail.

- Prepare email and landing page assets. This includes copying content into content documents aligned to marketing automation platform and .com sites.

- Provide project management support for marketing activities across all teams such as .com, paid media and social teams.

- Ensure all stakeholders are kept fully informed of project status, issues and progress.

- Assist our client's marketing managers with automation operational requirements and best practices regarding set-up and integration with other systems.

- Collaborate with client, MRM internal teams and automation peers to share process optimizations and best practices.

- Serve as the subject matter expert for our client's Marketing Automation systems and provide hands-on consultation and support.

- Proactively recommend operational process improvements and system enhancements to optimize campaign response, lead flow, and measurement

- Backup to Activation Managers/ Strategy Managers (10%) (support during peak volumes for activation and PTO)

- Consults with Omnichannel Strategy Managers during program design and works with other Unified Publishing teams to ensure proper setup and best practices across all channels.


- Owns the playbook process coordinating with client teams to ensure Touch Point Strategy, Business Rules, Content Mapping, Personalization Rules and Digital Content documents are ready for execution.

- Ensures marketing automation teams are utilizing best practices in campaign setup and execution, taking full advantage of available systems and tools to maximize result.
