Regional Business Head - Poultry/Animal Husbandry & Vet Care (10-17 yrs)

Ideal candidate should have 10- 15 years of experience with minimum 5-6 years in Poultry, Animal Husbandry and Vet care business in Regional Manager capacities.

Job Description:

- Delivering Regional Business targets set for the Region.

- Head P& L Management for the Region.

- Managing Business metrics, Vendor relationships, budgets and compliances

- This role demands the extensive application of Poultry Business and stakeholders management

- Drives practices to ensure brand visibility and market penetration

- Drive market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape, and geographical recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to business leads and expansion

- Anticipates and resolves issues, takes mitigating steps to avoid, and quickly resolves issues that occur.

- 4-5 member Team Management basis business expansion and potential of the region

- Liasoning with Statutory-government officials and pollution / Drug control bodies.

Preferences: Candidates from Animal Health, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary and Bio Sciences background

Skills Required:

- Ambitious Professionals with exceptional Communicational skills, assertive and analytical mindset

- Hands on exposure to Stakeholder, Vendor and team management Systems and Processes

- Prior experiences in Region management and Animal Health/Vetcare and Poultry business

- Passionate and Energetic leader with Team Handling and Client management exposure is desired

- Working experience with Key stakeholder/owner of large clients is a must!

Educational Qualifications:

- Any graduation from Premier Institutions or MBA/PGDM with Specialization in Marketing/Operations
