Regional Business Head - Medical Devices - North & West India (14-22 yrs)
Hiring for a Regional Business Head for one of our leading client in healthcare technology. Their specialization is in to High Frequency X-Ray Imaging Systems, Critical Care, Dental Care, Primary Healthcare & Tele-medicine devices.
The company is looking for a seasoned professional for the facility. The position is at the Senior Leadership level.
Position : Regional Business Head
Responsibility :
- Responsible for delivering the planned revenues and margins in the territory
- Should be mentor and build a team that's motivated to deliver the required results
- Working capital, overall business hygiene management
- Key account management & Networking
Skills :
- Team/ People Management
- Exposure to finance
- Channel management & development skills
- Target setting and reviewing
Qualification & Experience :
- 15-20 years- experience in the Medical devices business
- Working experience in diagnostic Radiology, Critical care preferred
Age & Physical fitness :
- Preferably less than 45 years, should be willing to travel regularly
