Regional Business Head - FMCG (10-20 yrs)
- To strategize in line with the company's growth objective and assume end to end responsibility of the assigned territory or region.
- Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at regional level in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation
- Maintain and expand customer base building and maintaining rapport with channel partners, key customer identifying new customer opportunities
- Continuously identify gaps in the regular working with team members by monitoring their performance
- To manage all sales related activities and ensures regular market of products with consistent growth as per assigned targets
- Implement the monthly sales plan by outlet and follow up the execution on a daily basis - Ensures the full use of available shelf-space and POSM to expand our customer base.
- Reports on competitors' activities and provides market feed-back on new products, prices changes, new launches etc.
- Ensures new acquisitions/ listing of products at all trade channels -
- Implement marketing campaigns & evaluate the success on monthly basis on execution, effective utilization of promotion tools etc.
- Provide regular reports/MIS as per the requirement of the company
