Regional Business Development Manager - FMCG (7-8 yrs)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

RTM transformation:

- Design a detailed RTM plan for each area based on the demographic, trade and economic landscape

- Effective execution of RTM agenda in each area through an accelerated change management process and resource allocation

- Measure the effectiveness of every RTM initiatives and do course corrections if needed Trade marketing:

- Co create, execute effective Trade promotion programs for Traditional trade while ensuring regional profitability

- Enable field Sales organization to execute trade programs to drive superior business results

- Design and deliver high impact visibility programs to generate demand across channel

- Work with Commercial Manager to ensure efficiency & effectiveness in all spends with respect to trade and in-store activation

- Brand- S&D : Footprint for the region

- Activate & drive key S&D metrics for the region

System Compliance and Capability development:

- Partner with Sales Training personnel and develop functional skills of the field sales team

- Build new age RTM skills for the field team through robust development programs

- Spearhead Sales Incentive Plan for the field sales organization and external field forceROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
