Regional Business Development Lead - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
As the Regional Business Development Lead, you will spearhead the regional efforts to grow the life insurance sales team. You will focus on recruitment, mentoring, and the support of agents in converting leads. Working closely with senior management, you will help create and execute strategies to reach regional sales targets, all while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, training, and support for agents within the region.
- Help agents convert leads into clients and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and report on sales progress and market trends.
- Design and implement strategies to drive regional sales growth.
- Build relationships with key agency partners and customers.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation in any field.
- At least 3 years of field sales experience, particularly in insurance.
- Valid bike and driving license.
