Regional BTL Activation Professional (5-15 yrs)

This position will drive revenue goals for the Region (Mumbai) through strategically well executed marketing plan (BTL) which focuses on the acquiring and retaining consumers to grow the revenue.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work and align affiliate partners identified by the central marketing team, identify and suggest regional influencers from various media platforms for driving brand building based on the Brand Guidelines defined.

- Partner with the City Head to create and adhere to monthly and quarterly marketing plans focusing on region based specific Target Group mapping and targeted influencers, BTL activities to enhance acquisition.

- Develop and execute region specific promotion plans and advice competitive pricing with reference to the competition activities and consumer insights.

- Identifying and engaging with agencies and franchises for promotion and focused drives to generate maximum App installs in Apt complexes/Shopping complexes and communities.

- Execute calendar based events and campaign plans in the region. Ensure optimization of marketing plans and follow-ups.

- Closely work with Franchisee to focus their marketing drives and enhance larger footfall into the stores (company owned / franchisee owned).

- Reporting specific Sales performance liked to BTL marketing activities.

- Ensuring budget based marketing spend and periodically evaluating the realigning the BTL and regional marketing execution for generating higher revenues.

- Ensuring region specific creatives for various brand and promotion communications are co-ordinated with the central creative and brand team.

Desired Candidate :

- Qualification: - MBA (Marketing)

- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years, preferably from BTL Activation agencies/ Startup BTL function

- Relevant work in planning and executing target group based BTL activation, events, campaigns and promotions

- Passionate about food.

- Analytical and data driven, understands the region well in terms of mapping the right TG to focus.
