Regional Associate - Sales - Insurance (0-5 yrs)
- Understand users- insurance requirements and recommend relevant policies
- Explain various features of insurance policies in a simple language
- Clarify/Resolve any queries around insurance products
- Ensure the required level of service delivery for incoming customer calls, to consult customers on products and services.
- To achieve daily/weekly/monthly customer acquisition/ customer satisfaction quotas
- To check on referrals and recommendations from existing customers on new customers
- To cross-sell/up-sell other products by the company, to eligible customer

- Proficiency in interpersonal skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Good command of English and Hindi
