Regional Admission Manager - Sales - Education (2-5 yrs)

Role : Regional Admission Manager

Experience : 2-5 years

CTC : upto 11 LPA

Notice period : immediate preferred

Location : Remote

Language Proficiency : English and Malyalam is must

Responsibilities :


- Develops, organizes and executes innovative strategies that cover Kerala territory and build sustainable relationships

- Promote Dubai based partner universities to maximize the enrolments to these universities / campuses

- Utilizes industry events at the regional high schools and campuses as a key element in building awareness of the brand and educational alternative

- Interact with leads via inbound and outbound calls or emails for the purpose of converting enquiries into student enrolments

- Interact with students and/or their parents in a professional manner, in line with the brand values and principles

- Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads in order to optimize lead closure

- Consistently meet and exceed all team goals, targets and objectives

- Maintain an awareness of current policy influencing various Dubai Universities' goals, for example, International Education Strategy, and/or the development of post-qualification applications

- Maintains knowledge of our partner university programs, financing options and other pertinent information in order to answer prospective student questions

- Distribute service information and provide advice to stakeholders regarding compliance and regulations (e.g. training education agents or providing briefings to school counselors)

- Awareness of the external environment and sector best practice to support high quality services

- Effectively addresses concerns to ensure that all prospects receive information and are aware of their career opportunities.

Qualifications :


- Minimum graduate.

- Excellent command over Malayalam is a must

- Good written and spoken English will be preferred

- Minimum 2 years experience in a higher education admissions related role

- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

- Advanced knowledge of sales and management practices

- Outgoing, ambitious and having clear interest in sales

- Infectious and vibrant personality, ability to present to a diverse audience

- Multitasking and flexibility are instrumental for the success on the role

- Attention to details and positive attitude are key

- Willingness to learn and open to feedback

Reports to : Director of Admissions

Location : Remote

Compensation : INR 75000 to INR 90000 per month
