Regional Acquisition Manager - Telecom Infrastructure (0-5 yrs)

About the company :

We are in the business of deploying shared telecom infrastructure for such large commercial sites ( over 2.5 lac sqft) for integrating all the WIRELESS cellular phone operators on a single common telecom infrastructure backbone. This would be required to ensure that once their office is up and running they will get homogenous coverage of all cellular operators in particular telecom circle ( Vodafone,RelianceJio,Airtel,Tata) across the whole building including common areas, office areas, basements,etc. Signals of multiple cellular operators will get sprayed across the building through one antenna. They will be saving on CAPEX, shaft space, power and day to day management of this particular area of operations. As you are well aware most handheld devices for day to day operations management in such sites run via the preloaded SAP system that is connected to the Internet cloud. For ensuring proper data connectivity ( 4G..the current robust standard), a robust inbuilding telecom infrastructure will be needed for ensuring strong signals inside the building thereby enabling such SAP systems running smoothly on these hand held devices.( mobiles/pda,etc)

We are urgently looking for a local person who will be our regional acquisition manager. Requirements are as follows :

1. Scout for new/existing commercial properties ( hotels/malls/corporate buildings/IT parks,etc) in Hyderabad and upcoming Amravati and get agreements signed with them for telecom infrastructure solutions pertaining to indoor coverage and FTTX solutions.

2. Graduate with 3-4 years exp in selling to Realty sector is preferred.

3. Has existing good relationship skills with leading builders in the realty segment of Hyderabad and Amravati will be desired.

4. Fresher but is self driven to a sales career has the drive to run for business can also be considered.

5. Local language ?Telugu ( speaking n writing) is a must. Further if he has working knowledge of English/Hindi would do.

6. Experience in selling telecom infra solutions to builders will be an added advantage.

7. Has a 2/4 wheeler will be an added advantage.

8. Salary ? impressive with travelling extra as per actual
