About Role : 

- Looking for dynamic business development professional with good sales acumen. He/She Should have good understanding of Software Development Services Sales or IT Services Sales, especially in targeting prospects to provide high value solutions / services.

- He/She is expected to have experience in identifying prospects for software development services such as mobile app development, web app development, cloud app development, enterprise software development, etc. He/she must possess B2B lead generation capabilities, Sales prospecting including researching accounts and qualifying, cold calling, fixing appointment and requirement gathering.

Responsibilities :

- B2B lead generation and sales prospecting across USA & Europe regions

- Experience in Cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections / rejections optimistically.

- Work closely with the sales team to qualify prospects and provide timely response to queries.

- Pursue towards fixing appointment with right stake holders in prospect/client organization.

- Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly metrics such as setting appointments, lead conversions and identifying new prospects.

- Conduct market research

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Skills & Experience :

- Must have 2-5 years business development experience with software development services.

- Proven track record sales prospecting with good contacts in the USA/Europe region.

- An Independent contributor, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable professional.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, good in probing with attention to detail.

- Ability to handle, manage / engage / fix-up meetings with C-Suite executives.

- Good understand of organizational structures and decision-making processes.

Remunerations : 4L to 8L per annum.
