Regalo Kitchens - Executive - Customer Support (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules.
2- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
3- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
4- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
5- Generate sales leads per day.
6- Explain the products and services to clients and generate meetings and showroom visits from cold calling.
7- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
8- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Skills :
- Strong communication abilities
- The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
- Ability to listen and solve problems
Education- Graduation is mandatory
Location :- 328, First Floor Patparganj Industrial Area New Delhi 110091 (INDIA), Near Hyundai Showroom
Timing :- 10 AM to 7 PM ( 6 days working Wednesday would be fixed weekly off )

Salary Package : 20000 - 35000 per month.
