Responsibilities and Duties :
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM).
- BDM's generate leads from offline activations that are required to run sales at the city level.
- Spearhead offline operations with end to end execution of events.
- These events include hosting mock tests in different schools, organising games, workshops, seminars, and apartment activations.
- Apart from organising events, they play a key role in ensuring data collection.
- They analyse this data to identify hot leads and provide them to the sales team as quickly as possible.
- They will be required to handle the team of Business Development Executives.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Salary Range: 5 - 6.5 LPA
Must have around 500+ school contacts Kannada Fluency is not Mandatory.Must have own bike and laptop.
