Business Development Associate
- This role will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, so must be comfortable in connecting with prospects over calls (in-bound, out-bound, or cold calls).
- Will be responsible generating new sales opportunities through qualifying the leads, making funnel, forecast for the month (Generating sales pipeline).
- Setting up meetings with the clients, generate interest and closing the lead by having physical meetings with them.
- Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and research.
- Achieving monthly targets along with adding more value to existing customers and planning to grow revenue from them.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in a start-up/fintech/SAAS.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or Finance.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Quick learner and are comfortable with numbers and quantitative skills.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and should have a good track record of sales achievement.
- Aggressive and have ability to do multi-tasking along with time management.
