Job Description - Customer Service Executive

Analytics is one of the fastest growing sectors globally today. The demand for trained Analytics professionals is at an all time high with virtually every sector, every organization seeking such professionals.

Redwood Associates (www.redwoodalgorithms.com) is an emerging analytics company in the field of Analytics Education, Digital Analytics and Consulting. They are looking for customer service executives for their analytics education division - analytics training institute (www.analyticstraining.in) in Bangalore.

At ATI, the Customer Support Executive is a key conduit between individuals who are looking to upgrade to Analytics and the Sales team of ATI. So, the key requirements for this role are:

- Excellent communication skills especially written

- The ability to handle well questions from customers/prospective leads

- The ability to think quickly, and provide the right responses to queries from prospective leads

- Goal orientation

- Desire to upgrade one's knowledge (Awareness of applications and latest developments in Analytics is a must for this role)

The job of Customer Service Executive at ATI would entail the following:

- Provide information on the scope and career opportunities available in Analytics to prospective leads

- Inform prospective leads of the value proposition of ATI and its various services

- Respond to queries from prospective leads professionally

- Obtain in a professional manner details of the prospective lead such as name, phone no etc

- Deal with queries from customers in an appropriate manner

- Follow up with Sales/Ops to ensure that customer queries have been resolved

Redwood Algorithms has a fastpaced work environment, and the team is diverse with a mix of skills. This is not a suitable environment for someone who is looking for fun at work or is not willing to take the initiative to grow and learn. The Customer Support Executive will be expected to work out of our office from 8:30 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Our office is located in the start up hub of Bangalore - Koramangala.

Compensation Package: upto Rs. 2.40 Lakhs per annum, which can increase based on performance.

Candidates based out of Bangalore will be preferred.
