Job description
- Plan and execute marketing strategies from a new product service / launch perspective.
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies for Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search engine optimization, Earned Media, Referral Programs, etc.
- Promotional activities Stall Activities, Maintaining Advertisement Vehicles, Package-related activities.
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.
- Influencing the internal team to engage with our social media and asking the team to participate in reward programs.
- Monitoring performance (User acquisition, Product launch, Target Audience, etc.)
- Managing campaigns on social media on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, Radio, etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns Designing, Printing, Newspaper Ads, Hoardings, etc.
- Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
- Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plan and forecast.
Job Specification :
- Preferred MBA in Marketing / Any other related post-graduation
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & related activities
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Good problem solver and creative thinker
- Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills
- Good Written / Oral Communication in English
- Good working Knowledge in Video Marketing, SEO & SEM, Content Marketing, Data and analytics, Design Thinking and planning, and Social Media.
