About the Role :

- Redseer has grown over the past 10 years to be a known home-grown name. In order to move and grow to the next level it is very important to establish thought leadership. This needs to be done for each of the focus areas which are consumer internet, retail, healthcare, education and automotive. Historically companies like McKinsey etc. have also followed this route during their growth phase.

- The candidate with form the founding stone for this new stage of growth for Redseer by implementing the key learnings from the successful players at the same time developing strategies suitable for these new age businesses.

- The candidate will get to work very closely with the CEO and other leaders within our organisation. Usually this role is handled by industry veterans in larger consulting firms. At Redseer, you will get a chance to experience it given our start-up mind-set.

The key responsibilities for this profile would be

1. Help establish Redseer as a Thought Leader in the focus areas.

2. Head the marketing efforts at Redseer

a. Guiding the tech team on digital marketing and providing them necessary help

b. Brainstorming with BU heads and developing thought pieces

3. Drive organisation growth with a better brand positioning

Other requirements being :

1. Creating a consistent stream of industry-relevant content is a key tactic supporting a thought leadership objective.

2. Analyse existing long reports/ PPTs and go beyond numbers to arrive at stories (using reports/ PPT that will appeal to lay man as well as opinion makers

3. Analysing the outputs with the BU heads and brainstorming to develop the content architecture

4. Writing /reviewing these contents for website, emails, newsletters, conferences, pitches etc.

5. Working with external design team to develop the final output

6. Working with external SEO/SMM tech consultants and guiding them on necessary actions for digital marketing.

7. Responsible for various internal and external market KPIs
