- A Retention Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty for a company. Their primary objective is to retain existing customers and drive repeat business by delivering excellent customer service and targeted marketing campaigns.


Qualification : MBA (Sales & Marketing)


Experience : 0-3 Years


Job Description :


- Develop and execute customer retention strategies : The Retention Executive should have a clear understanding of customer needs and preferences and create retention strategies that meet these needs, such as personalized communications, loyalty programs, and targeted marketing campaigns.


- The Retention Executive should build strong relationships with customers and act as a point of contact for any questions or concerns they may have.


- The Retention Executive should track customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to address any issues or areas for improvement.


- The Retention Executive should use customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer retention and loyalty.


- The Retention Executive should work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure that retention strategies are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.


- The Retention Executive should create and manage retention campaigns, such as email marketing and social media campaigns, to engage and retain customers.


- The Retention Executive should track and report on key retention metrics, such as customer retention rates, repeat purchase rates, and customer lifetime value, to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.


- Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, and experience in customer retention, marketing, or sales.


- Strong communication skills, Campaign management, proficiency in MS - Office, analytical and coordination skills, good communication skills
