- Develop new business relationships and prospects to provide staffing /consulting services to Fortune 1000 clients in Hyderabad/Bangalore areas.

- Build relationships with Technology Managers.

- Negotiate contracts and close the point of sale.

- Work closely with PrutTechs Recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of quality candidates to the client.

- Develop and manage clients accounts, while working closely with the management.

Job Description:

- Must have 3- 4 years of proven success in selling IT staffing/consulting services to C" level executives.

- Must have the ability to leverage current business relationships and build new ones.

- Develop/execute marketing plans and evaluate strategic business opportunities.

- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.

- Excellent Time Management and organizational skills

- Result-oriented, self-starter, with credibility, and integrity

- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills

- Masters in Business Administration with Marketing specialization is preferred
