About Job :

Recipto is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven business development Intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and outreaching to the new business opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our company and our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to reach all type of product brands.

- Generate sales pipeline through effective negotiation, sales techniques, and relationship building.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including founders and product development and to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of our products to health, beauty, and FMCG products.

- Actively participate in the trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our product.

Qualification :

- You should have a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or preferred course.

- You should have done at-least 1 or 2 internships as prior experience.

- Should be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiently.

- You must have the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.

- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary & Perks :

1 -3 year - 16k - 30K per month (Half Salary + Half Shares)
