- Also, Launcher directly powers the Rebel Flywheel by increasing the missions on Eatsure, leading to better selection for the customers. Launcher business at Rebel is already at Rs 150 Cr+ annual sales run-rate, and expected to grow at least 100% every year for the next few years, into a Rs 1000+ cr within the next three years. We are looking at adding talent to the team to be part of this incredible journey.


About the role : 

As a Sr. Manager - New Accounts, your role will involve :

- Identifying the best brands in key consumer missions (such as gourmet burgers, premium North Indian etc.) which have the potential to scale through Rebel Launcher

- Connecting with the founders of such brands and successfully pitching the Rebel Launcher program to them for expansion

- Negotiating commercials and other deal terms to sign a win-win partnership with the brand

- Charting out the growth plan in the Rebel network and getting the brand started in Rebel kitchens through the onboarding process. Hence, the role is best suited for people excited about hardcore B2B sales. You should be:

- Smart enough to find a way to reach the founders of the best brands in each mission - through cold or warm lead generation, tapping your network, using social media, or just about anything

- Willing enough (in fact excited) to travel across the length and breadth of the country to meet the founders

- Patient enough to be ready to wait long hours for founders to give you ten minutes to pitch the Rebel Launcher proposition

- Strong enough to handle rejection from the founder, smile and assure her that you will be in touch again soon with a better proposition that she won- t be able to refuse

- Determined enough to do the above steps day-in and out till success happens and the numbers are met
