Rebaca - Senior Manager - Sales - 5G/4G/ORAN/Telecom Domain (8-15 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- End-to-end sales responsibilities with complete ownership of the process. Develop, build and grow strong presence within target accounts and establish long-term sales/account management strategy.
- Build strategic relationship with key decision makers in the accounts- Middle and senior management, including CXOs.
- Responsible for lead generation, sales pipeline development client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- Key role in shaping go-to-market strategy and identifying business opportunities. Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning.
- Developing forecasts and reporting activities to management regularly.
- Translate technical requirements into viable solutions and service offerings. Conduct trials, demos, workshops, and technical forums to showcase product capabilities.
- Negotiating the terms and conditions of orders, agreements and closing sales.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in 5G/4G/ORAN or telecom sales.
- Good understanding of Telecom 4G/5G/networks, 4G/5G Core network, 5G Test and measurement tools.
- Proven track record in handling large accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in negotiation and sales techniques, Sales Process Understanding with a winning mind-set.
- Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into business solutions.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
