realme - Manager - Event Management (3-7 yrs)
Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for the planning and implementation of on ground events (E.g. Launch events/Pop-up/Campus/Music events etc.).
2. Works with Event agencies and in-house marketing staff to develop event concepts, negotiate the cost, manage the material production and deliverables.
3. Manage all the event-related videos, such as live-stream/recorded videos, Behind-the-scene video, Music videos etc.
4. Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
5. Coordinate with and Manage various marketing & event agencies.
Requirement :
1. Minimum 3 year experience as an event planner or organizer.
2. Excellent negotiation and agency management skills is a must.
3. Experience in Top Event Agencies is preferred.
4. Ability to think creatively, familiarity with the latest trends, technologies in graphic design, video content, etc.
5. Budget-management skills.
6. Result-oriented attitude.
