realme - Area Business Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Set standards and objectives for different LFR stores and departments
- Optimize and oversee LFR operations to ensure efficiency
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
- Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines
- Priorities will be in the disciplines of pricing, distribution, trade stock levels, trade merchandising
- Ensure excellent relationships with Store/Area/Regional Managers in the all Key Accounts
- Lead a team of sales consultants and sales officers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
- Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
- Candidate will be focused on best retail experience & customer satisfaction for realme products.
- Assist the sales team in smooth execution of realme schemes and policies
- Report to senior executives on progress and issues
Requirements and skills :
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
- Sound understanding of optimization of LFR store operations and standards for success
- Working knowledge of Large Format Retail business
- Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Mobile industry trends and preferences of consumers
- Possess a good understanding of people management
- An ability to work with a disciplined approach to ensure management of people and standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Any graduate, retail management or similar field (For Mumbai location MBA candidate would be preferred
