Realization Technologies started its operations in India in 2009 and have worked with 60+ clients in managing more than 300 projects with typical ticket size of INR 300 Cr plus.

Main Functions of the Job:

-Building authentic database of prospects which can be aligned with the Realization's services and offerings and can be turned in to customers

- Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement mainly through emails, Calls and digital platforms networking

- Qualification of sales leads to identify whether their needs are aligned with Realization's services and products

- Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets for India

Strong communication skills and the ability to ask questions and listen are the keys to success in this role

Key Tasks and Duties:

1. Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation

2. Direct communication with customers via e- mail and telephone to qualify leads.

3. Execute marketing plan/marketing campaigns (e.g. targeted e- campaigns, Ad campaigns)

4. Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions, events and other marketing and sales activities

5. Preparation and presentation of results from campaigns

6. Recording of all sales activities in the CRM

7. Do market research and competitive analysis. Bring new ideas

8. Assist in designing and creating marketing collateral and campaigns

Skills:

1. Excellent written and oral communication.

2. Target-oriented, Self-driven and motivated individual.

3. Market knowledge & Segment understanding.

4. Strong knowledge of the sales process and experience of interaction with C-Level Executives.

Qualifications:

1. MBA from premium college. MBA in Marketing/Sales will have added advantage.

2. 2-4 years of relevant experience in Sales Development/Lead Generation/Lead Qualification

3. Previous experience of working in Construction and Infrastructure projects will have added advantage
