Job Description: We are actively seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually appealing and engaging marketing content. Your primary focus will be on designing posts for client onboarding, creating regular content, including videos, and contributing to UI/UX improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regular Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality visual content, including videos, animations, and infographics, aligning with brand guidelines for marketing purposes.

2. Content Calendar Preparation: Prepare and manage content calendars by collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements, delivering visually appealing solutions.

3. UI/UX Contributions: Contribute to UI/UX improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

4. Utilizing Tools: Possess expertise in graphic design tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop, to create innovative and appealing designs.

Key Skills:

1. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop.

2. Strong general aptitude and creative thinking.

3. Effective communication.

4. Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design; preferable experience in project management. Basic know how of project management will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1/Tier-2 college. (minimum academic achievement of 75% throughout academics)

2. Diploma in graphic designing.
