Realistic Realtors - Senior Executive/Executive - Sales/Market Research (2-5 yrs)
We have job opening for Research Executive/Senior Executive for Gurgaon/Ahmedabad/Delhi location. Experience Required : 2 - 5 years
Note : Candidate preferred will be from Real Estate industry only.
Job Responsibility:
1. The candidate will be responsible for visiting commercial office building in the region to generate property requirements.
2. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through various activities like market research/Calling /Marketing activities in offices to know property requirements and conducting client visits.
3. Leasing of Commercial (Office) .
4. Negotiating the financials of the properties and all work relating to finalization of the deal.
Desired Candidate profile :
1. Decent communication skills (verbal and written)
2. Prior Experience in direct sales/Cold calling/Field Job would be preferred.
3. Basic Computer knowledge of MS Office/Word/ Excel.
4. Must have his own conveyance (Two/ Four Wheeler).
