Job Responsibilities :

Hiring aspiring Real Estate Experts/Professionals in Warehouse Leasing!!

- Work directly with clients from initial contact to signed lease agreement for rental properties, focusing on customer service, problem solving and decision making

- Identify potential Warehouse based on client criteria and show them to clients by arranging appointments with property/warehouse owners.

- Create marketing strategies to promote Warehouse Leasing prospects to the community to find renters and establish contracts for occupancy

- Organize events/promotions to attract property owners and renters for networking and sales potential for real estate agency and resolve issues through telephone and email contacts

- Work closely with marketing department to create listings of available properties.

- Closely involved in Business Development and Sales.

- Negotiate leasing agreements to the satisfaction of both parties, in accordance with state leasing regulations and real estate statutes

- Attend departmental and office meetings on a monthly/weekly basis for team building and status report sharing

- Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum 6 to 9 years of experience

- Candidates from Ecommerce/Logistics & Warehouse Industry handling the Real Estate function would be preferred.

- Excellent Communication & inter personal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change

- Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with pronounced decision making & problem solving skills along with ability to multi task.

- Ability to think strategically, develop real estate solutions & deliver under challenging scenarios
