Real Time Data Services - Sales Analyst (1-4 yrs)
Key Functional Responsibilities :
- Responsible to establish and develop efficient communication between sales, onboarding, support, billing, and other functional teams.
- Fulfilling the complete order cycle and maintain track from trial initiation till it gets paid, keeping tab of TATs among other things.
- Owning, maintain, and updating CRM records, tickets, and other tools.
- Fulfilling any existing client requests, sharing them with other departments, getting updates, and replying to clients.
- Reporting of various parameters necessary to make the operations efficient and smooth.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, finding solutions, and preparing reports.
- Research to improve overall efficiency and comms in the system.
- Identify areas where the company can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to management.
SKILL REQUIREMENT
- Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Internet and Excel Skills.
- Strong Knowledge of CRM and Ticketing Suite.
- Great attention to detail.
- Approach to learn about the company's technical product and its features.
- Should be comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
