Title: Outbound Sales- UK Market

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1-4 Years

Work timings: UK Shift (12 PM-9 PM) and (1PM-10 PM)

Education: Graduates from Tier 1 colleges and institutes

Required:

- Experience working in outbound sales for UK market.

Job Description:

- Extensive understanding of UK market with respect to B2B sales.

- Growing customer network in current and target communities for both corporate and private customers.

- Providing guidance to local office representatives in progressing their business

- Acting as a point of contact for customers within the business and advising on the company's products and services.

- Recording accurately all customer interaction on CRM database

- Supporting other functions of the business in order to deliver results when required.

- Validating and filtering the right prospects and calling them to gain appointments

- Seamlessly pass appointment with sales in the UK

- Ability to close small value deals on the phone.

- Act on leads to convert them into potential customers, experience working in a strong target-oriented environment.

- Cold calling UK businesses for their telecom requirements

- Connecting with the decision-makers on Professional social media platform i.e Linkedin.

- Sending calendar / Meeting Invited to the interested prospects.

- Understanding the UK colonial accent and adhering to the GDPR and other UK compliances.

- Collecting information about present telecom infrastructure in place.

- Assisting the client to complete the Direct Debit Mandate/Credit card authorization form.
